Nice facility

Doctor was very pleasant. I felt that she did a very, very thorough job on me and is doing her best to try to alleviate some of my problems. I know they won't go away, but she's trying to help me out the best she can. I really appreciated everything that she's doing for me. Thank you.

I liked Dr. Shi, but more importantly, I believe she can help me with my problem. The doctor explained everything thoroughly, and was easy to understand.I just hope she can help me, as my problem has defeated several doctors in the past, including two at the Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.

I was very pleased with dr Shi. She answered all my questions and explained my diagnosis of parkinsons in terms that I was familiar. This disease can be frightening as you can imagine but I left thinking that I could handle this with her care and the depth of her knowledge.

I am very pleased with Dr. Shih and her help with my care. She is an excellent doctor and I am very pleased with the Cooper team. They have been excellent care for me. Dr. Fayed and his team has been great with all of my care. Dr. Shih has continued to be patient and encouraging as I have continued to see her regularly and I appreciate all that she has done for me. About Cooper: I was getting care at a different, large scale facility prior to transitioning over to Cooper. From when I first called, it was a wonderful experience. I didn't wait on hold for hours like my previous facility and everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly pleasant. I had my appointment squared away as a new patient in less than 15 minutes, which was amazing! I was also able to get in with a movement specialist quickly, despite the typically long wait for specialists. I am also a healthcare provider, so my schedule makes it even more difficult to get in but despite all of that, I was able to get in at my preferred availability in 2 weeks. When I arrived at Cooper for my appointment, the facility itself is gorgeous/well kept with plenty of parking. The check in and check out team were so incredibly friendly and welcoming that it blew me out of the water and made me feel like I was in the right place for my care. About Dr. Shi: I couldn't be happier that I came in to see her. She gave me more care and attention in one visit than my previous doctors had given me in the past year. She was incredibly thorough with everything she went through all of my previous scans/appointment notes/labs, her testing was thorough, but most importantly, she listened to me. I felt like I was actually being seen and heard during my appointment. I also felt that she was fully present and not rushing to the next appointment. She was able to figure out what was going on where my past doctors couldn't. I truly couldn't recommend her enough.

I think since I've been coming to Cooper for hospital things, surgery. Psychiatrist, everyone I came in contact with was very nice, sometimes the nurses were over working but again super nice. I refused to go to any other services accept Cooper. Thank u

I'm not sure who the nurse was that checked me into Dr. Xi's office, but she was incredibly polite and very precise with what she had to say. Dr. Xi did not make me wait long. She was in the room within three minutes. She is a thorough physician, a top-rated physician. in my opinion. She's very professional and she provided me with everything that I needed. Only thing I'd have to say she was my 1st appt and I'm was referred to the right kind of neurologist I need . But Dr Shia was very intelligent and kind.

Dr. Shi was excellent. Very thorough and pleasant. Took her time to explain everything and went over all she did at the end. She also gave an diagnoses for what I went for , when over 5 others doctors could not. Very happy with my visit and her.

I am VERY happy with the care that I receive from my doctor and all of the staff everyone was VERY kind. I will continue to get my treatment from cooper and I have told my family and friends about the GOOD experience that I have each time I have an appointment I am also VERY happy that when I have an appointment I don't have to wait a long time and my doctor is ALWAYS on time I travel an hour and 16 minutes each way to come to cooper because I receive the BEST care from cooper my doctor is the BEST and the staff are BEST I know that when I come to cooper I am going to be taken care of I am ALWAYS happy with my doctor and staff
