The staff was very perfessional when entering the building. Spoke in clear low voices so your infomation would'nt heared by other patients. The lounge / waiting room was very clean and inviting. My Dr. K. Y. Was very nice and really easy to talk to about any questions that may arise before & during your visit. She also makes you feel at ease as well about a proceedure you may be receiving at that time. Dr. K. Y. Also made a one on one call to me about any and all concerns she may have had about a important test result. I'll continue going to the RIPPA CENTER for my OBGYN needs. Thank you All. =)
