I switched to Dr. Kircher, I guess, probably like a year ago, and he's been incredible. He's listened to any concerns I have. He's very thorough in every examination, not just asking about the things I'm there for, but asking about me holistically. And yeah, I couldn't recommend him enough. Every single person working at this location is so friendly and attentive. The Dr listens and explains things in detail. He told me to check back in a few days if I wasn't feeling better and provided me with his hours. I like it also that you are given a survey about your mental and emotional well-being on every visit.

No other practice can hold a candle to this office, none better ever in my 68 years. Thank you.

Attentive and time efficient care

Everyone was kind, professional, and inviting which helped with making me feel comfortable. That's huge since it was my first time being a patient in that Health Care Center.

I pressed the wrong button a minute ago when I had the question of if everybody in the office was very nice and I just wanted to just let everybody know that they were incredible. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond. I haven't had a bad experience at any Cooper facility but this facility it felt like rainbows were embodied and everyone was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first-time patient.

The best PCP experience I've ever had. Namely the women at the desk and the providers. They are so warm while at the same time professional. The phlebotomist is also very skilled.

Absolutely the best treatment I have every experienced. I am a Healthcare provider who owned his own facility for 16 years and would have been proud to have hired your entire staff. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and friendly hello. She participated in small talk and took a genuine interest in my symptoms and concerns. After check in the rest of the staff was friendly and concerned about my well being. Sean is absolutely the most kind caring compassionate medical provider I have ever experienced. This was the first time I utilized the lab portion and I will never be going to an outside Quest again. I hope and wish that the entire medical community could operate as well as this office does

The front desk, nurses, technicians, and PAs are the best and very welcoming. I am sure the docs are too, just haven't met one. Great thorough and clear service. The app does make everything very easy and convenient, but if you need or want to call, it's the same, which isn't always the case at other providers.

I absolutely love the office staff! From front desk to all medical personnel, I feel cared for and valued every time I come in. I have the option, as a state employee, to go to no cost appointments at Marathon Health (direct primary care), but I like this Cooper office so much I prefer to spend my own money when I need an appointment. Having LGBTQ+ health care is amazing and I'll never go back to a traditional primary care office.
