Overall it went well. I'm inexperienced with using zoom. Assuming there are other people (especially seniors) in the same situation as myself I believe it would be helpful to receive explicit instructions a few hours in advance. The actual visit went extremely well.

I was very sick since November . The doctors nurses and techs I saw took very good care of and me feel better mentally and physically. Now I can enjoy christmas with my family. Thank you all.

My visit with Sofya is always pleasant. Sofya does not rush any visits, and always spends as much time as necessary. Sofya always answers my questions with out hesitation. I have been a patient of Sofya when she worked for Optum and I moved to Cooper when she did.

Definitely the staff at that office of the parrot of the show show is one of a kind, both the girls of the custom service out front, the doctors, the doctor affirms that the first time I have been treated by her and that she is extremely accommodating, the assistants of the patients, I really love everything related to that minor office.
