Stephanie is a caring , empathetic provider. I have followed her from another healthcare system and extremely happy she stayed local.

Stephanie is the best doctor that I've been to so far. I recently moved to the area about five years ago, and I've been following Stephanie from every place that she has worked at. She does a wonderful job.

Dr Simonetti is a really good physician. She really seems to care about what she's doing and doesn't seems to just be checking people/appointments off the list to get through the day. That's why I followed her to Cooper. I had seen several other providers at Jefferson who either I did not feel like they took it seriously, or they also left Jefferson. Dr. Simonetti was the next person I was scheduled with and she asked questions that other doctors didn't and made me feel like she actually cared about treating me. I also don't know if it's just her notes or memory or what, she somehow seems like our last appointment was only a few days ago, I don't know how she does it but it's impressive.

Great doctor visit. The waiting room was confusing since it's a shared waiting room. The staff who called my name did so quietly so I couldn't hear her across the waiting room

The delay was at check-in when the computer broke down. The aide that checked me to see the provider did not feel concerned despite my handicapped situation. The provider ( Stephanie) was very pleasant , listening, cheerful, ready to make you feel welcome. I really appreciated her.

Stephanie was professional, interested, concerned, and she followed up with my condition more so than any of the other doctors that I tried throughout the same practice. So I'm going to stick with Cooper because now I found someone that is concerned, it was easy to get an appointment, she followed up, and I can't say enough about her.
